With no existing product, UX Jobsite needed a fully functional platform that made the job search and hiring process simpler, faster, and more tailored to the UX community. The goal was to create a seamless experience where jobseekers could discover and apply for their dream roles, and recruiters could effortlessly post jobs, explore candidate profiles, and manage applications—all in one place.
